This is not only ‘Prema Sangama’ but beyond it. Truth and belief has to be kept up in life in highest esteem is what the film by debutant director Ravi Verma focuses for luxuriously made ‘Sangama’ by SV Pictures. Living next door the boy next door of Kannada cinema Ganesh has shown his responsibility with great charisma to his side. A popular personality remaining extremely responsible is evident from this film ‘Sangama’. The good spending made by SV Pictures is seen in the songs scored by Devisriprasad. Good costumes, good editing and pleasant atmosphere takes ‘Sangama’ to greater standards.

Balu (Ganesh) is a Good Samaritan. He can solve the real estate problem, the love issue and manage the squabbles effortlessly. His neighbor is Lachchi (Vedhika). He does the ritual on behalf of her on a chilly night and that actually changes the whole attitude of Lachchi towards Balu. She feels that this is the right kind of boy for her. Balu knows his limits. He knows the family of Lachchi very intimately. For him keeping the belief is most important. He knows the haphazard of falling in love with Lachchi. He convinces Lachchi that she has to marry the choice of her parents that is a boy who is a software engineer. Balu finds the right choice for Lachchi. Everyone in the family accepts to this German connection software Engineer Yashas. But Lacchhi is not ready. In the marriage hall the height picks up and Lachchi admits the facts. Balu says he banks on believes rather than falling in love. I am the youth working for two percent commission, SSLC failed he says rejecting Lachchi. But things work out how Lachchi wants.

Ganesh is cool throughout. It is a cake walk for him. The costume and make up plus the lighting done for him make him look very handsome. For Sahasakku Sai and Samyamakku Sai! Vedhika is a heroine to watch. She is beautiful like a butter scotch ice cream. Rangayana Raghu is responsible, Komal kirik is tolerable. Yashas in a small role attracts.

Three songs from Devisriprasad is very well captures on screen. Lavo Lavo Dil Mange More….. Mama Kodukoduvaravanu Bagavanthu….and Sangame title song are very mellifluous. Shekar Chandra gives very pleasant photography.

This is a film for the family. No hassles, no troubles at all. For the Deepavali festival this is Ganeshotsava!
